[FANACCOUNT] 121118 TVXQ Live World Tour 'Catch Me' in Seoul
Warning: Dear non-kpop friends, you might as well skip this entire post as it is just me spazzing about a concert. It's different from the usual blogs. I totally understand if you don't read it. :) If you do.. well.. have fun? :D

This is the first time I'm writing a fanaccount, excuse me if it's not really a fanaccount, I just like writing a blog.  OKAY SO LET'S START!

One of my flatmates, Xia, and I arrived at the venue around 3PM. We had seats tickets, so didn't feel the need to come early as we knew most of the merchandise was already sold out (they only had fanlights and the blanket left). There were several booths around where you could get some app (Genie, I think) changed to the paid app and also a booth where you could play a game and depending on the score, you could get a gift. Xia and I found two guys walking around with those gifts so we asked and apparently, if you live in Korea (so not a tourist), you could get them from them. Hah! So we didn't have to play the game in the end.

Anyways, inside the hall, we had to split up as our seats we're completely the opposite of each other. I was in block 29 (left from the stage) and Xia in block 42 (right from the stage). Around 10 minutes before the start, they played the Humanoid MV teaser on the screen. I was already liking it.

After some announcements in Korean, English and Japanese telling people of the rules and keeping hydrated, especially in the standing area, there were screams. I was quite far from the place people kept spazzing. Apparently, some members EXO and Donghae came in. (Eunhyuk too? I'm not too sure.) Which is great of course. I've been to the same concert as Donghae. :')

A little over 4PM, the lights went out and the intro VCR started playing. I only remember me thinking; "Stop this VCR and show me the boys irl!!" I also looked around me a lot to just take in the view of the beautiful red ocean called Cassiopeia. Indeed, a lovely sight!

'Rising Sun' was the first song they performed. Of course, this being a DB5K song, I became a bit emotional and wary but I still enjoyed it a lot! I still knew the fanchants and of course, screamed along with the other fans.

The second song was Getaway. I. Absolutely. Love. This. Song. It's my favourite song of the Catch Me album so I was extremely happy. Yunho was so into some headbanging during this and Yunho + headbanging is an amazing sight. But somewhere in the middle, while Changmin was singing, the music stopped; there was a malfunction. The boys apologized, wondered what was going on and walked back to the middle of the stage. The began all over! Yes! My favourite song was going to be performed AGAIN! So this malfunction.. I like it a lot, haha.

During Hey! (Don't Bring Me Down), there was some heavy fanservice. The camera angle they showed on the screen wasn't helping at all to calm to fangirls' hearts. I think the girl next to me was about to cry and/or faint. The boys' heads were so close to each other, like they were challenging each other, but also like they were about to kiss. And just like I said, the camera angle on the screen.. well.. I think you know.

After "O" (where I was totally rocking to the song, not really remembering anything of something next to that), they had the opening ment. Of course, Yunho talked first and after he was finished, it was Changmin's turn. Yunho started walking towards the back of the stage and Changmin pretty much shoo'd him away like the brat he is. By the time Changmin was almost done with his introduction, Yunho came back without wearing a jacket and started talking again, resulting into Changmin going to the back of the stage to take off his jacket too.

The next song was Like A Soap. Now this was absolutely ADORABLE. Air flowers (like air castles, you know those things children jump on? I forgot how they're called in English..) filled the stage and even a big ass palm tree in the bag. Back up dancers were dressed up as insects and started bugging the boys (hah, pun intended). It was absolutely endearing to say, everyone playing around on stage. Yunho got a big bottle of pesticide (fake of course, I mean it was pretty much as big as him) and started 'spraying' it on the dancers. Changmin got a tennis racket and started hitting the dancers. He even tried a flying kick but fell down. I couldn't help but laugh, it was a really nice performance!! Just playing around and having fun.

I can't remember a lot of How Are You anymore, but during Journey they got into separate small planes (which reminded me of Arashi and Super Junior) and started throwing petals everywhere. Yunho was such a little kid. When I looked at one of the screens, he threw some more petals up and blinked so cutely because one of them almost got in his eye, it reminded me of an adorable puppy. Changmin was also like a kid, throwing the petals a bit more aggressive (but not really) than Yunho. Also, Yunho had no problems getting out of the little plane, but Changmin had some difficulties. Maybe he couldn't raise the bar, so he had to crawl out of it? I couldn't see it that clearly.

So next up, the solo performances (with a VCR of Changmin with a girl I didn't recognize beforehand)! Changmin's solo was Confession, so as a balad he didn't do a lot more than just standing there and singing his absolute best. It was beautiful ;~~~;

And then Yunho had to come in with Honey Funny Bunny and being utterly sexy and handsome and ugh. It started with the dancers dancing little pieces of the intro and then Yunho stood up from his couch, doing some moves too. I have to say, the dance really consists of a lot of bodyrolls. Then at one point, Yunho sat down on the couch again and dancers pushed the couch to the middle stage. Now, from this point, I just totally forgot about the special Yunho event (holding up a fan with his name), because my mouth just wouldn't close. He took off his jacket, dropped to the floor and did some.. well.. moves. Raunchy moves. That's all I can say about his solo. I'm surprised I didn't drool.

Then my favourite VCR of the entire concert came on: swords, mudderfudging swords. Katana swords to be exact. UNFFF. Fight scenes VCR are usually my favourites. You know, shows some manliness once in a while.

During Wrong Number, Yunho did both raps (so Jaejoong's and his own). It sounded it was a bit altered, but it could also be I just suck at remembering lyrics. It was still cool. Especially because they got the SWORDS. ON. STAGE. FIGHT SCENE WITH SWORDS ON STAGE. Hng.

After that, I Don't Know came on and all I wrote down from that performance on my phone is that it was incredibly fierce and Yunho kept making sex faces. Yep. I think that says enough.

They showed the Humanoid teaser on the screens again and everyone knew what was coming... And boy, DID I LIKE IT. It might have a bit too much autotune but it pretty much fits the concept of it; Humanoid. It's supposed to be a bit robot-ish, right? :3 I absolutely ADORE the choreography, especially where they lift Yunho and Changmin runs under him to the front (as you can see in the teaser) and also the headrolls (also something they showed in the teaser, well they absolutely show the best in the teasers do they..). Also, the stage got fixed, so that was nice to notice. ^^ All in all; I love Humanoid. It seems perfection to me. I saw some people complaining how they changed and all. Meh, I love it and they performed it really well. Instantly loved it. That means something.

During Purple Line... I am so used to Yoochun's awful but hilarious "I really wanna touch myself", it was a bit weird to hear Changmin sing that part. Also, Changmin is really good at singing in the other three's voices. (Or really similar) Either that or I really heard their voices in my head during all the songs. :( I think it was the latter.

Before "Before U Go", they played a VCR of Yunho having to break up with Sulli and everything was sad and all, but not without showing Yunho kissing Sulli on the cheek. Adorable, but also sad. :(

During Destiny, the duo both danced with girls (two different girls; not like Eunhyuk and Donghae during "I wanna love you" where they dance with the same frickin girl in turns) and had two fake kisses. One in the middle of the performance where the back up dancers covered their faces with their hats and one at the end where they just pretty much hug with their faces towards each other. You know what I mean. I didn't even notice the first one at first, because well.. hats. I'm fine with these fake kisses, really. Was a good performance, nonetheless. :)

Then they had this ment where Yunho asked everyone if they were having fun (my Korean is shitty, I'm not sure). "Yeeeeeee!!!" "EVERYONE ARE YOU HAVING FUN?!" "YEEEEE" "CHANGMIN-AH, ARE YOU HAVING FUN!?" "Yeee~~" That was adorable.
They also kept dancing a particular move, I'm not sure if it's from Humanoid, but they kept doing it. during. the. entire. ment. Very amusing.
Seeing as my Korean is absolute crap, I didn't really pay attention to what they were saying that much, but Yunho used some aegyo and poked Changmin as if he was teasing him and Changmin just replied in a bratty way like the brat he is.
They showed several pictures never released before and well, some were amusing, some were cute (Yunho with a lil kid ;~~;), I can't really describe them. Just hope somewhere get sneaky pictures of them and find them.
Fans screamed something to Changmin and he just went into cocky-mode once again and replied to the fans. It's really difficult to explain it, but if you're a fan, I think you understand?

So let me explain the entire "We are .... T!" thing that's going around. I'm not sure if they used it during the first concert, but let me tell you what happened at the one I attended. Yunho talked about Super Junior with a picture of everyone in SMTOWN in the background. Later, he changed to how enthusiastic their introduction was just like SNSD's. I'm not really sure with SNSD's introducton is, but Super Junior's is: "Urineun Super Juni-OEO!" right? So then Yunho followed with something like "Ah, we have such a boring introduction compared to them ("Annyeong haseyo, Dong Bang Shin Ki imnida..") and he really wanted to try it with their own name too. Well, that kinda failed.

So then they carried on with what their names were: Dong Bang Shin Ki, Tohoshinki and Tong Vfang Xien Qi. At first, Changmin pronounced it (Chinese version, also the more international version) a bit incorrectly so Yunho corrected him. Changmin pronounced it right and smirked and chuckled like; yeah, I know I'm good.

After this I kind of missed a part, but I think it's easy to guess what happened here. I think because they are TVXQ, they used the first letter of that: T. To add something to their 'boring' introduction, they wanted to do something with that. So, Yunho asked all the fans with multiple fanlights (I only had one T_T) to make a "T" and everytime one of them would scream "We are...!!" the fans should make a T with their fanlights and scream "T!!" with the boys. So we tried it several times and I just screamed T holding up my lonely lightstick haha.

So in the end, their introduction became: "Annyeong haseyo, Dong Bang Shin Ki imnida. We are... T!!!" with the fans screaming along with the "T", holding up their lightsticks. :) Is it clear now? ^^

After all the ballads, where they just sat down and calmly walk around the stage, the boys got onto some cars that would get them past the fans in the back (where I was). Yunho kept jumping on the cart and just acting like a little kid and Changmin mainly waved, also having fun. I saw him pointing at one particular person (maybe a kid?) a block in front of me and even did the rock sign to him/her, sticking out his tongue. Ah, I was so jealous.

From here on, I didn't take any notes on my phone anymore and my memory is not that good, so I'll be skipping things.

What I absolutely didn't forget was the wonderful fan event. During the VCR before Unforgettable (boys stayed on the stage), all the fans in the hall held up banners for the boys (I bet you've seen or heard about them. If not, see TVXQ facebook :D). The VCR was of fans thanking the boys and such. Near the end, they showed the boys on the screen too and I was ready to burst into tears. They started looking around and saw the hall filled with banners. Not a single person didn't held up a banner. Next to a red ocean, we had an ocean of banners. It was a beautiful sight. The boys hugged and I pretty much cried right then and there. (Okay, almost, I could still hold them BUT I WAS SO CLOSE T^T) They thanked us, bowed and started singing Unforgettable. Even though the instructions on the banners said that we could put the banners away after VCR: NO ONE DID. We held them up during the entire performance of Unforgettable. It really was an unforgettable performance. I'm so glad I could've been part of the event.

Of course, after this song, the boys returned backstage resulting into the audience breaking out in screams "ENCORE ENCORE ENCORE ENCORE". They returned and started performing Mirotic. Again, I could totally hear the other three's voices and ugh. But Mirotic is still one of my favourites, so I absolutely enjoyed it. After this, they kept running around the stage and even used those segway things. They had baskets attached to them with balls in them. You know, those autographed balls. Of course, they threw most of them into the standing area. Sob sob sob. Oh well, my friend told me it was okay to film and take pictures during encore.

Wrong. Security (a girl around my age -.-) came up to me and deleted my pictures. Only pictures of the concert. Luckily not my entire memory card. I would've gotten really angry if she did that. She apologized and sounded really sincere though. Of course, it's no fun to delete pictures of someone's camera when you know they really like them. But she didn't check my phone, haha. And after she went away, you bet I took some more pictures. But only of the ending, where they bowed.

While security was busy deleting my files (sob sob sob), she told me to just keep watching the show and Yunho was playing around again and actually like sort of slipped in a really funny way. He laughed it off, though. :)

Ah, I don't really remember a lot of the encore, just the boys having fun, the fans having fun, the background dancers having fun. It was all just fun!

But I do hope you enjoyed this fanaccount as much as I enjoyed the concert! I tried to write down as much as I remembered (it really is a good thing I made notes on my phone) and if you have any questions or remarks, just go ahead. :)

Whoa, it really turned out quite spazzy. I'm sorry for my non-kpop friends if they read through the entire thing. It's quite different from the usual blogs!!

P.S. I got my pictures and vids back via a program. Ah, I love technology...
